Refunds

If, for any reason, your wash or dry is not successful please complete an Out of Order tag with your name, phone number, mailing address and a brief description of the issue. Please tear the top off and place it on the washer or dryer with the issue and put the bottom in our mailbox located on the workroom door. We will promptly address the issue and send you a refund check.
